Delivery Information

All International Orders are shipped via airmail. Posters are sent in a thick cardboard tube. We always try to dispatch goods within 48 hours. Delay may occur if items are temporarily out of stock.

Please allow up to 5 days(UK) or 14 days (outside UK) for your order to arrive, if your order does not arrive within that time please contact us.

UK returns:
If you have purchased a shirt but it does not fit correctly, you can exchange for another. Return the item to this address with a note of what size you wish to exchange for (don't forget to include your address!).

Non-UK returns:
If you are outside the UK, you can still return goods for a free exchange, but you will have to pay the cost of shipping the replacement back to you.

Please Note: If you return a shirt for exchange, please remember to include the following information: Order Number, Name, Address and the Size you wish to exchange for.

If you wish to return an item for a refund, please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.

Complaints

If we should receive a complaint about any part of our service, by phone,fax,e-mail or letter,then it will be dealt with promptly (we will reply within 5 working days).It will then be dealt with confidentially,and effectively.

Your Statutory rights are not affected by any of our store policies.

Sorry, we do not accept cheques or money orders from non-U.K. customers. Please do not send cash unless by registered post. Availability of some items outside of the UK may be restricted by the terms under which they are licensed. We may occasionally have to refuse to supply items for this reason. The point of sale of all products is UK, shippers are deemed to be acting for the purchaser in all transactions.
